Essence of Walnuts

The essence is made from an extract of walnuts from the harvest in the year 2005.

The walnuts are “Noix de Grenoble” from France, and as such they originate from one of the best areas in the world for cultivating walnuts. The walnuts are extracted in high quality vodka, and the essence is matured in French oak casks for a period of time. The essence simply blends with a bottle 0,7 ltr of neutral spirits – like a neutral vodka – and after a few days you can enjoy your own walnut bitter.

This fine bitter is made from an extract of walnuts from the harvest in the year 2005.

The walnuts are “Noix de Grenoble” from France, and as such they originate from one of the best areas in the world for cultivating walnuts. The walnuts are extracted in high quality vodka, and the essence is matured in French oak casks for a period of time. The quality of the ingredients and the aging gives this bitter a soft, mellow and full bodied taste that suits cold plates and cheese well. It also serves as a digestive or simply by accompanying a cup of coffee or tea.
